Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $35.
Orders placed by 2pm PT ship the same business day.
Available to most countries. Rates calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. International orders typically arrive in 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Rates
U.S. standard shipping is a flat $4.99 on orders under $35 and free above that. Expedited and international rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees collected by your local customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in the checkout total.
Lost or damaged orders
If your tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at support@pawsafe.live and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
